In this course, you will learn fundamental theory, techniques, and concepts within DJ'ing.
You will be introduced to the DJ software Rekordbox, used by professional DJs worldwide, and receive a comprehensive overview of a Pioneer DJ controller and its functions. You can apply what you learn in the course afterward, even without your own controller or additional equipment. You need to bring your own laptop to participate in this course.
You will be taught various genres and subgenres within electronic music, and learn to beatmatch, use loops, and create seamless transitions with effects and filters.
You will have the opportunity to discover your own unique style and learn how to create a great setlist and mixtape.
Your instructor, Cirkeline, is a professional DJ with experience from venues and events like Distortion Ø, Den Anden Side, Hangaren, Jolene, Bakken, and more.
